Writting a will

Awill can be a hand writen will or with a notaries. The first one cost more when you dies but nothing now. The second cost less overall if done once but more if you need to change it often.

In Quebec without a will(Testament) if your partner dies you have NOTHING! Without it all goes according to the Civil code to the family and the common law partner is not consider a family member
