True Leadership
True leadership is when people want to follow your idea not when you forced them to follow it. True leader don't tell you what to do they show you what to do! What's the difference a big deal: tell you just make you move. Show you make you understand what you should do.
How to show other how to do? That’s where real leader excel. They make example and most of the time they don't criticized you they let you realized you make a mistakes, but make sure to repair it and let you see that they do. Example you forget to reserve a busy room for an important meeting that you set for that room. He will reserve the room next to it for the meeting, but not the one you set the meeting in. then the meeting will not be impact, but you will understand that the room was not reserved and he takes care. Next time you will not forget!!!
